ADU Site Consultation

$150/hour | 2 hour min

As part of the ADU Site Consultation, the ADU Consultant will research the property, conduct a two-hour site visit, and provide expert guidance with assessing and launching ADU projects. This will be done by:

  1. Property Research: Prior to the site-visit, the ADU Consultant will conduct in depth research on the zoning, permitting, design parameters, construction methods, estimated costs, financing options, property management, and long-term maintenance of the ADU project and/or property.

  2. Site Consultation; After researching the project(s) and property(s), the ADU Consultant will visit the property to measure, photograph, and gather important project details while providing an ADU consultation to review important considerations, answer questions, and discuss next steps.

  3. Project Review; After the site consultation, the ADU Consultant will perform any remaining due diligence and draft an ADU project summary that will briefly assess the feasibility of the project, review the project’s action items, and answer outstanding questions.
